Surely Pockit would want account's up and running as quickly as possible as this is the way they make money from people's transactions. They say in there terms and conditions 7.6 that they will withhold your money and unfortunately they are unable to give you a timeframe for this review, please read and don't make the same mistake I did, I'm fortunate enough to not desperately need the money but there are many people that do. So basically I can't contact them at all because i can't send any emails to them or call them to speak to a human. Pockit have even blocked me from opening up another ticket on there 'new contact form' because i kept emailing them to get some sort of an answer and live web chat is non existent also there's no phone number to contact them. Ive sent them everything they've asked for bank statements, proof of identity and proof of funds and they never reply to my emails. I've never sent any money anywhere and when I tried to send ВЈ150 to my fiancee's bank(Halifax) it got blocked.
